From the name Life Gallery, we can understand the intention of constructing a building that will accommodate people and the various aspects of a variety of contemporary activities.
The spatial complex, for commercial, business and artisan activities, has been designed and conceived to house any type of profession, with its modern design and completely modular areas that can be adapted from 50 to 1,000 square metres according to needs.
The distinguishing feature of the building is unquestionably its interior 3-tier gallery, which, thanks to a suspended central staircase, is the linking element of Life Gallery, highlighting the fundamental concepts of transition, exchange and communication for all activities.
In the planning stage, we also decided to minimise operating costs and maximise energy efficiency and eco-sustainability: therefore, in addition to 10cm thick external thermal insulation cladding, depending on the floor involved we provided different climate control systems that are able to deal with the various critical issues that each activity has due to its core-business.
Different types of inverter heat pumps (sky-air, mini VRV and multisplit) allow rooms to be used with Energy Class A or B.
The spacious outdoor and underground parking area adds to the functionality and effectiveness of the entire complex, situated in a strategic position that provides quick access to ring roads, Padua town centre, as well as Padova Est and Padova Sud motorway exits.
Finally, the contemporary colours of the façade emphasise the idea of implementing a modern concept for operational areas.
